Camp Coniston

Eastman Charitable Foundation is proud to support Camp Coniston scholarships for campers from Springfield, Enfield, and Grantham.

YMCA Camp Coniston has played a critical role raising New Hampshire citizens since 1911. YMCA Camp Coniston paves a path for a brighter, stronger future by welcoming children across the economic spectrum to come together and form one community. We believe society benefits from the connections and understanding brought about by youth from all walks of life working and living side by side.

ECF Trustees recently had a wonderful visit with the campers and staff at YMCA Camp Coniston. We are grateful for the role organizations like Coniston play in teaching young people how to practice responsible environmental stewardship.

Eastman Summer Camp

ECF is proud to support the Eastman summer camp scholarship program. Eastman, a sustainable, intergenerational, residential community in the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee region of New Hampshire, offers a number of different summer day camps for children aged 4-14. At each level, the campers interact with the natural world through ecology-themed activities, trips, and community service. The camps follow the Core Values of the community:
•       Collaboration
•       Cooperation
•       Integrity
•       Respect
•       Responsibility
•       Shared Commitment
•       Sustainability
